When Krisjen, 39, opened her salon in Brighton in March, it was a business first.
“I did a lot of things that he didn’t want me to do, but I didn’t expect to get the job done.” “
It was only when Krisjen went to the BBC to talk about her experiences at the salon that she found out she was hired by a group called Global Group hairdresses. “

It was only when Krisjen went to the BBC to talk about her experiences at the salon that she found out she was hired by a group called Global Group hairdresses.
The group is an online marketing firm based in Brighton and claims to have more than 40,000 members.
The firm, which also operates a salon in the city, has hired women in the UK and Australia.
But when she tried to ask for an interview with the group, they refused to give her a response.
So she went to their website and found out about the job.
“The job was really exciting,” she said.
“But it was very scary.
I got on the phone to the women and asked them why they had hired me and I didn ‘t get a good answer.” “
They told me they don’t hire men to do hairdening and instead they hire women, so they told me I was in the wrong place at the wrong time.”
I got on the phone to the women and asked them why they had hired me and I didn ‘t get a good answer.
“A lot of men are just not willing to do the job and are just taking advantage of the situation.” “
It was really upsetting,” she told the BBC.
“A lot of men are just not willing to do the job and are just taking advantage of the situation.”
Global has since made the women part of a team, but Krisjen has now left.
The company says it is “extremely disappointed” and said it would make a formal apology to her.
“We have taken a number of steps to make our policy clearer,” a spokesperson said.
“As an industry we must work to create an environment where we all feel safe and valued.
This includes a number, including the women, who have been contacted and spoken to.”
We are working to ensure the women we hire have a level playing field.
“‘I’ve been told to wear my hair up to the end’ Another woman who spoke to the ABC said she had been told by her hair stylist to wear her hair up until the end of her life.
She told the ABC: “They were telling me to wear it up until my end, and I was told to do that by the hair stylists.
“There’s a bit of racism in the industry, I just want to make sure I’m not discriminated against.”
The group’s website says it has about 1,500 members in the US and around 30,000 in Australia.
According to the website, Global Group has been involved in “a growing number of high-profile fashion events, including fashion show sponsorship and a global network of influencers, influencers in the fashion industry and influencers at the forefront of the fashion scene”.
In an interview earlier this year, Global said it wanted to “help shape and define the next generation of hairdriers”.
“Our mission is to ensure that women in our industry are recognized as an integral part of the design process and to create a culture that respects their rights and expectations,” a statement read.
Krisjen said: ‘I don’t want my business to be used to discriminate against other women.’
